Go for a small hike( burn 200) calories.
Then I can keep on my usuall diet plan.
I'm snacking on ranch tortilla now😛
But any way, I have a plan to go to starbucks and have a non fat cafe misto with half of the very berry coffee cake.
I had McDonald southwest salad with grilled chicken ( 290 calories) for lunch.
Having non- fat hot chocolate with sea salt now! This is awesome!
